Lands and Resources Department
Permanent-Full Time

Qualifications:
The Lands Manager must possess a degree or diploma in in environmental studies, land management,
land use planning, natural resources management, geography, or a related discipline. The Lands Manager
must possess a minimum of three years of work experience in a related field, including direct experience
with designing and leading research projects on the land; Must possess a thorough understanding of the
LSCFN Final Agreement, Self-Government Agreement, and relevant territorial and federal laws and
regulatory processes; Knowledge on basic office software; Strong written and verbal communication
skills: Ability to delivering reports and educational sessions to a wide variety of audiences; Ability to
work effectively with minimal supervision, supervising and directing staff in a professional fashion;
Some training may be provided; Class 5 Driver’s License.
